Recently, we had another sad loss. Our wonderful friend Champ has crossed the rainbow bridge. He was such a special boy to us for many reasons. Champ was the first diabetic kitty we cared for. We both learned how to do insulin shots once we started looking after him. He was a kitty we spent a lot of time with, and we both developed a very strong bond with him. He will forever be missed and will always have a place in our hearts. If we hadn't met Champ, we wouldn't have met Kami Sarafenchon, our friend and Champ's amazing guardian
Pepper and Diesel, two more beautiful kitties that we met recently. Pepper is the tortie and Diesel is is tabby. August has been so busy for The Cat Next Door - it's prime petsitting season!
I say it all the time, cats do amazing in pairs! Glen and Shi are such good buddies. Every time Melanie goes to see these two boys, they are hanging out together. If you are thinking of adding another kitty to your family, visit your local shelter. There are wonderful cats there just waiting for a loving home to go to.
