I saw a recent post that said we aren't human doings, we are human beings. Today instead of a typical "To-Do List" for this Week, try focusing on a "To-Feel List" or a "To-Be List"! Focus on how you want to feel and who you want to be first, and then create your day or week from there.

It's #wellnessWednesday, for this that work in an office or spend part or most of their day sitting down here are some great tips to stay active and healthy. 1. If you can plan to take several shorter breaks through the day. Get up from your desk and stretch. 2. Walk to a coworkers desk instead of emailing or calling. Especially great if that coworker is on another floor. 3. Skip the elevator, you've heard it before but walking up and down the stairs at work will make a huge difference on your health. 4. Get outside, sit in the sun and get some much needed vitamin D. 5. Drink your water. Office culture usually means coffee but don't forget to make sure to get in your water sips throughout the day. And above all take a walk when you can, it's a chance to get away from the computer and the phone, and to clear your brain.
