Meet Vanessa. She has been working with us for a while and is at the space every Friday and starting tomorrow, every Saturday too! She crochets beautiful things, has an awesome sense of humour, and is so incredibly hard-working. We absolutely love having her around. ❤️ Come say hi to Vanessa Friday 12-6 and now Saturday 10-2.

You know those beautiful French 50 Pain Maison Sourdough Loaves we carry? We've been experimenting a bit with them and need to share this one with you!

Let us know if you try it, and make sure to tag us in your pictures!
Mix the following ingredients in a bowl : 2 cups mozza/parm
1 cup cheddar
1 tbsp parsley
1 Italiano seasoning
1 tbsp garlic, minced

Stuff it in all the cracks and then pour 1/4 cup of melted butter all over the top making sure to get over the cheese and inside the cracks. ( I have been known to include @raffertyfarms pesto in the mixture as well!)

Bake at 350 covered with foil for 15 and then uncovered for 10.
