Oh my word! This Santa Fe Chicken was so good! It legit took 25 minutes to get on the table, and most of that was spent playing “War" with the kids while waiting because all the prep work was done for me! Honestly game-changing!

The popular Chicken Marsala has made its way back to our menu this month. It truly is something special! Chicken and bacon cooked in a coconut milk based sauce with fried mushrooms and onions and served over penne noodles. 25 minutes and dinner is served!
