I'm sad to report that due to the unpredictable road conditions early this morning and the snow fall warning in Banff, I did not go to the race. I did go out for a 5k run in Airdrie and ran a personal best but still feeling very disappointed. Here's hoping we have a very different September next year.

Do you consume too much salt? Most processed food has hidden sugar and salt in it so it's very easy to eat too much. The recommended intake per day is 1500 mg which is only 1 teaspoon!
