Above and beyond my expectations! My realtor, Shelly, referred Shawn to me for my home inspection and am I glad she did. Shawn was extremely thorough. He walked me through everything, explaining when to change filters, etc. and answered all questions. He had an infrared camera and showed me previous pictures of situations that were not ideal and walked me through my house so I could actually see the pictures. To top things off, I received a very thorough digital report with photographs and instructions on when to change out things, service things, etc and I didn’t have to take a single note!!!
